1. Oversees all Volunteers for Facilities.
2. Communicate and contact the leaders and coordinators for each area to ensure everyone is completing responsibilities. Help work through any issues.

Oversee Guest Relations Team and provide them detailed directions regarding your expectations of them, ie: be available to assist guests such as bathroom locations, wheelchair access, answer any general questions. Volunteer Time Slot: 8am-6pm.

1. Oversees all banner bearers; ensures banner bearers are ready and go with each group.
2. Obtain harness for banners (maybe we could borrow from a Pathfinder club) and explain how to carry and hold the banner.
3. Walk the route with the Director to determine specific location to walk to at each scene in order for the crowd following to have the best viewing opportunity. Re-hearse this and communicate to all Bearers.

Responsible for greeting guests, keeping doors closed until time of performance, keeping doors closed during performance, and opening doors when finished.

1. Pick-up T-shirts, set up, organize, and pass out T-shirts on Saturday morning before the event.
2. Collect volunteer t-shirts after event.

The washer women will organize a brigade of helpers to wash, dry, fold and store volunteer t-shirts for next year!
1. Oversees all Custodial Volunteers at the church, gym and outdoor restrooms
2. Remove bags of trash to designated trash disposal area for all 3 restroom locations
